The Following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission:-

• Completely filled-up Admission Form.
• Four passport size photographs.
• Birth Certificate (issued by Nagar Nigam or any government body)
• ID Proof of father and mother. (VOTER ID/PAN CARD/AADHAAR CARD)
• Caste Certificate (if other than general)
